Where does YLLO Beauty ship?
We currently ship to a whoppin' 42 counties: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Italy, Ireland (Northern), Israel, Japan, Korea (South), Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Slovak Republic, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, and the United States.
How does shipping work?
You order, we process, then ship. Please allow for 1 - 4 business days of processing time due to a large volume of orders. Your tracking number will update as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment centre.
You are responsible if your package gets redirected to us marked as unclaimed. We will not offer free shipping back to you. By shopping on yllobeauty.com, you agree to these terms and conditions.
If you live in North America, shipping is just $4.50. We offer free shipping on orders over $50. Your order should arrive between 4 - 6 business days after it's shipped out.
International parcel delivery can take anywhere from 2 - 4 weeks depending on where you live. Our price DOES NOT include duty and tax fees. Duty, VAAT and customs tariffs are set by the destination country. This amount, if any, varies by country. YLLO Beauty does not have control over these charges nor do we collect this money.
My tracking number isn't updating.
Don't panic! Sometimes carriers can take a couple business days to update your tracking information. If you think your tracking number is having real problems, reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll dig deeper for you!
My tracking status states 'Delivered' but I can't find my package.
If you live outside the US, your package may be held up at customs due to an outstanding tariff charge. You should receive a phone call or slip in the mail informing you of these fees. It is your responsibility to pick up your package.
YLLO Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if confirmed delivery. The customer accepts full responsibly for any loss or damage to these items, or if your package gets redirected to us marked as unclaimed.
I didn't pick up my package in time and it was sent back to you.
The customer accepts full responsibly if a package gets redirected to us marked as unclaimed. You have two options if you fail to pick up your package—in both cases, you will be charged a $10 restocking fee:
- Partially refund your purchase. Shipping is non-refundable and we will keep the restocking fee, or
- Ship out another package to you. You will be charged the restocking fee and any additional shipping costs.
